The Chef and kitchen staff carefully prepare the best international and local dishes, from the Romagna tradition. Egg-pasta, fresh vegetables, meat, fish and desserts, are cooked in many variations, choosing the freshest produce and adapting dishes’ style to your preferences. This turns meal times always into happy occasions for enjoyment: from the rich continental breakfast, to the main meals, enjoyed at flexible times, and always including nice appetizers, a selection of vegetables, and a dessert.

Our Chef’s proposals cater for all eating styles:
vegeterian, vegan, and gluten-free.

And for our smallest guests, we always have available vegetable stock, vegetable soup, fruit smoothies and baby-pasta.
These dishes can also be prepared directly by parents, and before meal times!

Our comfortably "flexible meal time" both for lunch and dinner, allow you to choose whether to satisfy your hunger or enjoy some more relax on the beach!
